About the Marketing Team:
No matter how great the product, it needs distribution. Marketing is the heart and soul of distribution at Uniplaces - a combination of Performance, Branding and CRM teams build up sales funnels and engages our customers to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated.
In this role, your mission is to:
Research and segment customers - both landlords and students - together with available data or generate new data points (customer insights) to provide a true unique (and powerful) value proposition for all segments;
Adjust Brand Positioning by Customer segment to guarantee the Uniplaces Brand is seen as a trusted, consistent and engaging Brand across all customer segments;
Develop, implement and execute Brand Campaigns on- and offline, Go-to Market Strategies and events to engage existing and acquire new customers (both students and landlords);
Lead and improve the Ambassador programme to drive the business and gain global brand awareness
Create and supervise the Social Media strategy for all our social media channels;
Measure and report performance of the implemented marketing initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues, reporting findings in a consistent and structured way;
Work closely with all parts of the company (other marketing teams, Local and Central operations, Ambassadors and product team) to input in regards to all communication elements of new campaigns and product launches.
Your track record:
2 years experience in Brand Management and creating impactful campaigns to drive business growth;
Experience in working with different markets and nationalities;
A degree in business, marketing or related degree;
Fluent in English - other languages are a plus (e.g.: Spanish, Italian);
Strong analytical skills to analyse data, develop insights, etc.;
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
High level of autonomy and ability to work on multifunctional environment.
Able to communicate effectively and be a front runner when it comes to high quality and user centered experience;
A strong team player who likes teaching and sharing experience and knowledge across the team and business to drive growth and change;
Extremely independent and with high level of initiative, able to proactively take on any challenge autonomously and to learn fast;
In the face of pressure and crazy timings, you never crack - actually, you crave for working in a really fast-paced environment, under pressure and with tight deadlines, where you can manage several projects at the same time.

The role is based in Lisbon;
You will report to the Head of Inbound Marketing;
For this position, we do not sponsor working visas, but we offer a relocation package in case you are not in Portugal.
