As part of our growth strategy, the company is looking for a Data analyst to work and report directly to the Head of FP&A & BI

The Data Analyst will be a vital part of the company as they will be ensuring we continue to develop and enhance our product to drive further growth. They will also be assisting our marketing team by ensuring we continue to find ways to grow and enhance our Return on Investment.
In time this role will also extend into enhancing and changing our search algorithm which will require programming skills and some data science techniques

Perform detailed analysis of our product: how users are interacting with it and identify areas for improvement/design and measure tests with our product team.
Ensure all aspects of our product are tracked and monitored.
Analysis of our extensive marketing data and understand how we can improve our return on investment from our marketing spend.
Analyze our CRM data, use the above marketing data as well as our other user data to build a complete customer journey.
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Translate this analysis into something that can be easily understood by senior management
Your typical day will look like:
Analysis of data and working on longer-term projects to enhance growth;
Ensure new data is added to our data warehouse and then build the requisite tables/views for other users to use;
Meet with stakeholders to ensure you are aware of data changes, enhancements, tests and contribute to their thinking by presenting insights and ideas back to them.
Experience & Education
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an analyst with Product and Marketing Data;
Experience with working with large data sets from multiple data sources
Fluent in English;
Degree ideally in mathematics/statistics/computer science/finance.
Preferred Tools knowledge:
Deep Experience in SQL.
Data Visualisation Software
Google Analytics knowledge
Data cleaning/ engineering (preferable)
