This is where you come in - your job will be to run sourcing and recruitment efforts from A to Z. This includes working with the various business teams to define job descriptions and responsibilities, determine sourcing strategies, interview candidates (via phone, skype and in person), collect feedback and understand candidate potential and send out and negotiate job offers.
While doing all of this, you are expected to have an efficiency mindset, always improving quality of the candidate experience and streamlining internal processes, including reporting of all your work.
It’s not an easy job but it is pivotal in supporting the short and long term strategy of Uniplaces - you will recruit across the teams from Junior Sales Agent to Head of BI, software developers and General Managers for our international teams.
Some of your daily tasks will be:
Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment and candidate experience for technical roles: develop job descriptions, interview lineups, source candidates, screen resumes, interview candidates, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements;
Strategize multiple methods of building talent pipeline including active searches, passive searches, referral generation, and events/sourcing campaigns;
Establish recruitment requirements alongside with Hiring Managers, aligning recruitment with the company’s business needs;
Your track record:
Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related field:
1+ experience in Specialized recruitment, managing the whole recruitment cycle (from sourcing, performing the first pre-screening interview, and present and follow the Candidates till on boarding);
Used to deal with high volumes of roles to be hired (preferably agency background);
Fluency in English (written and spoken) (mandatory).
