What can you expect from this experience?
The nature of the work has to do with making calls and sending emails to maximize the most out of your interactions with our customers here at Uniplaces. You are the start of the accommodation provider journey with Uniplaces. You will be accountable for understanding whether or not the accommodation offers are complete and with all of the information that it’s needed.
What will your mission be?
- You will manage and update the properties’ availability, through phone contact with our clients;
- You will remind the landlords about bookings to be accepted; you will add new offers on existing properties and help on completing them when needed;
- You will coordinate proactively all the communication with landlords, in case of any extra help redirecting them to the right colleague.
