As part of our growth strategy, the company is looking for a Marketing Analyst to work within our Global Markets. 


About the Marketing Team:

No matter how great the product, it needs distribution. Marketing is the heart and soul of distribution at Uniplaces - a combination of Performance, Branding and CRM teams build up sales funnels and engages our customers to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated.


You day will be tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analysing marketing data.


Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.


Responsibilities

You will be tasked with growing Uniplaces' awareness; this means analyzing sales funnels and customer intent and measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns. On top of this, you'll conduct tasks like:

  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement;
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates);
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns;
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data;
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations;
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc);
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition. 

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, others);
  • 2+ years experience working as a Marketing Analyst
  • Experience in an international working environment highly desirable, as well as experience working in a global technology or start up environment; 
  • Technical knowledge in Querying (MySql) is preferable;
  • Knowledge in Python and / or R is highly desirable;
  • Relevant marketing tools: Google Data Studio, GTM; 
  • Knowledge in CRM,  Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Search, Paid social. Affiliates, Partnerships);
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices.
