Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be responsible for the full talent acquisition cycle both in Lisbon and International offices, from Employer Branding to Talent Attraction, by developing and implementing an innovative candidate experience strategy and working with teams in mapping progression routes and coaching hiring managers. You are expected to be hands on and deliver on specific senior hires but be a great asset to of People & Culture in developing and liaising with key stakeholders and the Leadership team.

You will have to Work together with stakeholders to identify their hiring needs and build job descriptions and responsibilities aligned with said needs. On an operational side, you’ll have to:

  • Determine sourcing strategies and sources of finding the best talent for each opening.

  • Conduct phone, Skype and in-person interviews to understand candidate potential and determine cultural fit.

  • Liaise with the hiring managers and coordinate technical tasks and case studies, and collect feedback.


  • Role Requirements: Develop an understanding of the core skills and key responsibilities for each role and write engaging job descriptions marketing the opportunities to potential candidates by being embedded in all aspects of the business.

  • Candidate Attraction: Build a compelling employment brand, recruitment marketing strategy and career’s website in alignment with company mission, values and employment value proposition to engage the world’s top talent as well as raising awareness of the Uniplaces’ talent brand

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process but monitoring and refining candidate interactions and candidate service

  • Candidate Assessment: Develop detailed case studies and candidate tests for each role that represent as closely as possible what candidates will do on the job and will provide insights on cultural fit and values alignment



  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related subjects.

  • Demonstrated skills in developing, influencing and motivating work groups.

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with full life cycle experience.

  • Experience in an international working environment highly desirable, as well as experience working in a global technology or start up environment

  • Experience managing and leveraging strategic recruiting tools including, but not limited to, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook), ATSs (Greenhouse, Recruitee or similar), Job Boards (Indeed, Glassdoor) and the ability to identify and implement emerging tools and platforms.

  • Demonstrated focus on constant improvement of the candidate experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting analytics, program and project management.

  • Strong knowledge and past leverage of recruitment technology with experience evaluating, selecting and implementing integrated solutions across a global enterprise.
