About the Marketing Team:
No matter how great the product, it needs distribution. Marketing is the heart and soul of distribution at Uniplaces - a combination of Performance, Branding and CRM teams build up sales funnels and engages our customers to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated.
Uniplaces is looking for a proactive and resilient SEO specialist to join our Inbound Marketing Team. The perfect fit must have extense knowledge of organic and technical SEO, an hands-on attitude and show capacity to work in a dynamic team with a really fast-paced environment. A normal day as a SEO expert includes the following activities:
Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects;
Measure and evaluate ROI of SEO initiatives;
Monitor SEO performance across a set of key metrics and leading indicators such as rankings and site authority and organic search;
Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and others;
Create and Run Market (language) Specific Campaigns and initiatives;
Implement link building campaigns that drive SEO performance;
Create a pipeline of content;
Improve rankings to increase relevant traffic and bookings from Search engines;
Reach out to build partnerships with other websites, in aim of increase traffic and improve rankings;
Monitoring and reporting of competitor campaigns as well as influential social and blog content that can be used for SEO purposes;
Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting;
Your track record:
We are looking for a hands-on SEO specialist with a 3 - 5 years experience with the right skills and attitude.
3 - 5 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Fluent in English and/or Portuguese/Spanish - additional language skills are a plus
You are aware of the best SEO strategies to optimise technical SEO, content creation, content distribution and link-building
You love to create and write SEO friendly content
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience using web analytic and Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AWR, MOZ as well as working with popular keyword tools (i.e. Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
Hands-on, do-er mindset
Results driven and high levels of grit
Business savvy, analytical mindset and an effective communicator, with in-depth knowledge of marketing communications
Ability to multitask, adapt to ever changing conditions, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.
