About the Marketing Team:

No matter how great the product, it needs distribution. Marketing is the heart and soul of distribution at Uniplaces - a combination of Performance, Branding and CRM teams build up sales funnels and engages our customers to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated.


Tasks 

Uniplaces is looking for a proactive and resilient SEO specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team, to deliver best-practices SEO campaigns across multi national/lingual websites. The perfect fit must have a solid understanding of the web, digital media and proven passion for emerging technologies, with extensive knowledge of SEO and how content marketing and social contributes toward SEO. It must have a hands-on attitude and show capacity to work in a dynamic team in a really fast-paced environment. A regular day as an SEO specialist in Uniplaces includes the following activities:


    • Drive the SEO Performance on multi national/lingual websites for performance growth
    • Understand and take advantage of the user journey and other channels efforts to find SEO opportunities.
    • Create and manage SEO campaigns and site optimization aligned with best-practices.
    • Produce and manage all SEO deliveries such as technical audits, keyword research, keyword mapping, best practice guidelines, content strategies, link building efforts and weekly reports to evaluate performance, across different markets.
    • Seek opportunities to integrate strategically with PPC, Social and Partnerships teams.
    • Collaborate on content strategies, develop content recommendations and create a pipeline for content production.
    • Reach out to build partnerships with other websites.

Requirements

Your track record:

We are looking for a hands-on SEO specialist with the right skills and attitude, with:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of search technology and search engine ranking algorithms and how they are influenced by SEO activity, with 3 to 5 years experience working on Search Engine Optimization.
  • Proven success in managing mulit/lingual ecommerce SEO campaigns.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and the workings of JavaScript and JavaScript rendering.
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO factors, content categorization, technical optimization, link building and site architecture.
  • Experience with SEO tools such Moz, Majestic SEO, SearchMetrics, Webmaster Tools, AHREF, etc.
  • Excellent research and writing skills with an attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and/or Portuguese/Spanish - additional language skills are a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
